For other great deals on accommodations, try using Hotwire or Expedia. You can get a 4 star hotel for a great price well below $90 per night typically! Also, visit our website under logistics for other accommodation ideas. Since Houston is a big city without great public transportation, you might consider renting a car as well. Cars can be rented for less than $20/day.

*Presenters: If we have discussed accommodations with you, we will contact you by separate communication about your accommodations. Most likely you are staying at Modern B&B.

Flights:

Houston has two airports. Hobby (airport code HOU) which services mostly Southwest Airlines and Bush Intercontinental (airport code IAH) which services most other airlines. Taxis are available and abundant. Cars can be rented from the airports at the terminal.

SuperShuttle has offered a discount – Book your reservation online. Supershuttle has offered our group a $2 one way and a $4 round trip. Please add the link below to your group webpage for access. Also advice that if they call to book the reservation they will be charge a $2 processing fee, therefore we recommend you book online or go up to the SuperShuttle counter located inside the airport and give them the discount code once you arrive.
